Doctor called me from his personal number?

I have a crush on my doctor and I think he kinda knows it. Anyway one time for a scheduled phone appointment he called me from what I believe to be his personal cell cause it had his number shown and name in caps. He only did this once. He has an office phone he uses so there would be no need for a cell phone to call patients so I'm wondering do you think he was kinda dropping me a hint? Or like maybe thinking I might call or something by chance?

**To add I have kinda flirted with him in past and make it known I like him a bit. So this has built over time.**

I do not think that was a hint or something for you to run with, this isn’t a movie, HIPPA laws prevent that shit and I doubt he’d risk his licensing for you.
