Met this girl last year nearly dated but didn't, kept as friends though.

I'm seeing her next month as myself her are spending the weekend together with a few friends, we have some fun energy where I've sprinkled in some slight flirty jibes to keep conversations entertaining teasing her but I know I just need to work on flirting more to get her attention.

Whats subtle things I can do to slowly build up things?

Be direct as soon as possible about how you feel about her. I understand that rejection is scary and it’s possible but do understand this number one you’ll have closure never wondering what could have been, two you won’t waste your time on someone who doesn’t see you that way anyways, and number three you won’t ruin the friendship as well as make things awkward between you by making gestures.

If she does like you then you get get things started sooner rather then later. As well as you’re seriously risking her moving on eventually and you’ll wonder why she seems to have dropped attraction because that happens some people just eventually move on.

So directly express interest in her if she agrees to a date then date as well as keep doing the things you been doing. You’ll start to create a bond with one another not only as friends but transitioning into a romantic relationship if things work out.

She will either agree, she will turn you down then again you got the closure just try to remain friends but move on, or she will give you a indirect answer. If she does tell her to let you know maybe she needs time to think or maybe she just doesn’t know how to turn you down. At that point the balls in her court if she’s interested she will come around.
