+1 yActually yeah every time I see him, or just know that he's somewhere near by and he could be watching my heart starts beating really fast in my chest, it feels like I have no air left in my body, and I always get really nervous and loud and my voice will get all weird and light. It sounds so sappy sometimes when I say it to any of my friends like how it will be two periods before I have a chance to even get to say hey and the butterflies in my stomach are almost imbearable, but I woudn't trade the feelings I get from him for anything. I'm glad you feel the same way, my friends always tell me I'm just being silly x.x..but the feelings are so real =)

Yeah, these feelings happen to everyone in this world and you are getting to the age of where you get to experience it first hand. I have started having these feelings when I was 17, when this girl in my class was always on my mind and I was so happy and had butterflies in my stomache when she was either near, talking to me, or I heard her name by my friends.

+1 yYes I still feel like that with my ex boyfriend. Whenever I know he is near my heart beats really fast and do somersault. Sometime I can't breathe because his smile just take my breathe away. Yeah I know I have serious problem but he is only guy who can do that to me.

Thanks Even though I feel like that but I don't want to go back to him. too much pain and being friend is better.
+1 yYes and afterward it made me have a headache. But I get pushed like a lot more I get excited liek wet and its makes me so shaky afterward. But when we finally startedgoing out it killed the rush because I knew that I had him no doubts that he may or may not like me

Yeah, these are the toughest situations to be in. I know that girls give more subtle flirting cues than men, and I can easy tell how interested she is, by how many times she gives me those cues. But with men, especially shy ones, they will do everything in their power to not give any cues to show their interest, because they want the girl to show them their cues first. Best way to tell, when in a conversation with him, let him do most of the talking and see how long he keeps it going!

+1 yYes, but I hate that feeling most of the time. I just wish I can be calm at will.

You are right in a way, because when you are being your normal self, she will see this and know what type of person you are. On the other hand, when your heart is racing, you seem to be less focused and would say anything to try to get or keep her attention, which hides your true colors and sometimes she can see right through that!

Yeah I like having the feeling of crushing on someone.. But having that feeling when they are around, just makes me more nervous and stressed.

Yep, its like a magnet, sucking all of your energy away from you, to the point where your mind can't process what needs to be processed right!

Thats okay though. You are learning and may not be good at it, but patience is the answer to all things. Finding the right girl and building the right amount of confidence takes time. And rushing into love, because your heart can't take it anymore, will make you look back and wish you were in the position that you are in now, which is young, trying your best, and learning. Take your time, and know that the right girl and the right words will come when you least expect them too. Good Luck!

+1 yYes! it is the best feeling ever! The butterflies, the chills, the blushing, the pounding heart that seems like the whole room can hear...quite a rush. It is amazing.

Yes it is! I love the feeling and best of all, if you have a super crush on someone, after your heart stops racing, you can start shaking and have shock-waves get sent through you! This is better than any kind of drug, acholoic beverage, or anything that gets your blood flowing.

i know, right?!?! it is incredible! and it is way better than any stimulant could probably ever be. and there are no side effects! lol...except maybe that you see little hearts fly around your head, or you get shaky, but those are good.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yyesss many times and it never lead me to a happy ending!
they say that if you feel that kinda of connection and strong feeling it's actually supposed to be mutual. but in my case it never was, or maybe it was but for some reason it didn't develop.
Do you believe that if you feel this feeling it might be how the other person feels too?
And if he doesn't feel the same way, how can I make him feel it?
I'm desperate!32 Reply- +1 y
1.) If you feel you are into someone so deep, our natural instinct tells us that the other person is probably feeling the same way. But some of the time this isn't the case, mostly because of infatuation, or temporary admiring someone or something. But when this is true, your heart will know for sure if the other person is into you or not. Best way to tell, is if he keeps the conversation going, he keeps looking into your eyes... He would never do this to someone he doesn't find attractive.

2.) If he doesn't feel the same way, be patient! It's important to let him know that you DONT want to force him into a relationship. Instead be nice to him, show him that you will be there for him when he needs you, and when you get done talking to him, always say, "it was nice talking to you." This is the best way, because it shows that you care for him and he will always have someone to turn to when he needs a friend or even more :) anymore questions?
+1 yOh my goodness yes! When I texted my crush, my hands started shaking! And when I saw him in the hall I swear I was about to collapse! there are a bunch of stories I could tell you, but I wouldn't have enough characters left! haha.

Dom da dom da dom doooooooom << this is how my heart sounds like ;)54 Reply- +1 y
Talk about weird right? I seem to be at my worst when this is happening, because my focus is on her, and she could ask me a question or say something to me, and I would give some off topic response and try to not look in her eyes, because I don't want her to know my hearts racing, until I know that she feels the same, otherwise she might think I am coming on too strong, which is a HUGE turnoff!
Opinion Owner+1 yI think it's cute when a guy seems nervous like that! ;-)
Opinion Owner+1 yHahahahahaha!

Yep, I love it when girls do this! This makes me think that I can't have them and they have a dark side. This is what I call, the sexy look that stops a man in his tracks!

20 ReplyI experience it the worst... When I ever I'm near the girl I have a crush on , I either can't breathe , or I'm changing postitons in my seat... While my stomach has thousands of butterflys in there ( I hold in my gas , so that I don't fart infront of her , THE PAIN!!! ;o; ).

+1 yIt happens only with one person in life. you can't feel for another person in entire life.
Heart pounding, everything stops around you, high breath or stop breathing for 1 or 2 secs. A guy or a girl. have you felt for any other except for that special one?00 Reply- 2.1K opinions shared on Flirting topic.
