GUYS: do you like surprise hugs?

I've been seeing this guy for about 2 weeks, we are not officially dating yet (as in we don't call each other our bf/gf). We've been going out for dinners, movies, etc. Sometimes he playfully touches my arms and shoulder and that's it.

I was wondering if it's OK for me to give him a hug the next time I see him? If yes, what "type" of hug would be appropriate?

Hells yeah it's hug time! I would think he would love a double arm hug that lasts just a little bit longer than normal. If you want him to get the hint, put your head on his shoulder or chest. That will let him know you really like him, that you are OK with the playful touching, that he is special and that you care about him.

Some guys would not admit it, but when you get a hug that is not like a friend hug...ie longer, two arms, tighter, you head on our chest or shoulder etc, it really shows us that you are ready to go forward and that you like us. Plus I like the hug I described more than a kiss because it makes me feel more like the woman is wholesome. Not that a kiss is slutty or anything, but I just like the hug because it seems more personal. Maybe I am wrong. It's kinda hard to explain, but I think every guy likes it.
