How can I stop acting stupid in front of my crush?

There is a guy at my gym that I have a big crush on. The problem is I start to act stupid in front of him. Like just a couple of days back my dumbbells fell on the ground when he was around... Then the other day I almost fell off the treadmill. We talk a little and I guess he does not hate me. But I'm scared that soon he will think me a lunatic , which I'm not. How do I handle it and does little stupidity scare a man away? Please help!

Honestly if I see a girl fumbling around, I think it's adorable. Especially if I can tell it's because she likes me.
