Honestly, they don't do anything for me one way or another. Lips really aren't something I consider when it comes to a girl, except for if they are really torn up and chap. I don't think any guy or girl wants to kiss lips that look like sandpaper. Lip size itself though, doesn't really play a role in attractiveness to me.

I'm not saying they would be a deal breaker, but they certainly aren't attractive. The solution though as you said, is simple. Girls check out lips all the time on men they are scoping out, so it makes sense to keep them moist. I never travel without balm.

Just like some guys like small boobs compared to medium/large, who's to say some guys/girls don't prefer medium/small lips to large ones? I'm not sure there's ever been a study done on if it is a universal preference for one over the other.
