How do you respond when a girl calls you cute?

What should you say? I find this to be very awkward, and my mind just stops.

I think in my head--what was I doing immediately before she said that and could she have other motives in saying it? was it reciprocation?

I guess that makes me analytical, somewhat cynical, and not a person that considers myself cute. =)

Just smile and say thank you haha. If you think she is cute, maybe reply saying "Yeah, you are pretty cute yourself". It definitely is an awkward thing, but at least she is complimenting you.
