Dorks can be cute, it depends on what their quirks are.

If their quirks are misogyny its a total turn off.

Shy guys are super cute. I was totally into a shy guy once. I made his so nervous that he would shake sometimes. I loved it! I would tease him all the time. One day I kept picking on him. Telling him that he had something on his shirt all day. He got annoyed and yelled at me. I apologized and I told him that he seriously had something on his face. And I kissed him. He was so shocked, it was adorable.

dork can mean many things...depending on his actions or words how often he does 'dorky' things...

if he does dorky things once in a while, its cute and attractive makes him unique

if he's dorky all the time and basically sums up his personality then it can be a thumbs down.

I like dorky guys. They are cute, sweet and nice. I am dating a dorky, cute, sweet, nice guy. He can be totally cheesy overly romantic corny and i tease him about it. I don't mind though. He is even a dork about his job and what he likes to do in his free time and his jokes. Dorky guys are cute.
