just to clarify thick/thin means the fullness of the lips and small/big refers to the wideness of the lips.

hmmm...I think you would be surprised that it doesn't matter, even thin lips are sexy. however I know most men all talk about Anjolena's lips, or how ever you spell it but... truthfully its never been a big deal. just please don't go and add botox. they'll never look right after that. keep those thin little Margarita Sippers just the way they are...your beautiful

I prefer medium to full thickness, not huge really. I'd say an average to small mouth I guess. I find it particularly attractive if there's some symmetry to the thickness's of the top and bottom, but I don't find that to be very common. It's a bonus when I see it.

To me it's about softness than size ... There's one set that I've been kissing for the last 2 years and they are the softness sweetest most edible bubblegum lips I've ever touched. And there thin.
