The guy is totally not gay.

The shoes are open-toed, leopard-print low-heeled wedges.

They are super-flattering without being over the top.

I wore them with dark denim skinny jeans and an orange silk sleeveless blouse.

My whole outfit was cute!

Depends of the guy...some are more metrosexual and like fashion/be well-dressed. In those cases, no. If the guy gives you more than one compliment though over a period of time, then yes.

He was most likely flirting. I think most of the time the guy is flirting if he compliments a girls shoes. Otherwise we barely notice the girl even has feet most of the time.

it depends on the circumstances but it could be flirting behaviour , sounds like that might of been his intentions
