Don't eat and go to sleep. Drink some water if you have to. If you're still hungry in the morning you can eat something then :-)

If you're concerned about sleeping on a full stomach, a great salad is your best bet.
Think it's weird but drink warm milk or even warmer water.. I do it after 9 when I'm hungry.. it helps
just eat a piece of cheese. usually works for me :P
