How many grams of fat is there in a 19 inch pizza?

Depends on what else is out in there.
Did they use beef fat to make the dough? It's quite normal to make high gluten dough with a bit of shortening - mostly beef fat.
What about the cheese amount and the type of cheese?
That depends on the toppings, the quality of the ingredients, who makes it.
Best option would be to check the place it came from, most restraunts have dietry information/nutritional information posted.
It also depends on other factors like the amount of the ingredients (a lot of cheese or only some, for example) and so forth.
See - now that is basically useless information.
Pepperoni is a highly variable product, with fat content that varies greatly.
Pork products in general depend very much on the cut of pork being used, how fatty that particular animal was etc
And of course, this all varies highly depending on how much of each thing the cook uses to make their pizza.
The punchline is - One of the key ingredients of pizza is cheese, which is quite high fat.
Most pizzas are also high in salts
While they are tasty, and just fine from time to time - eating them all the time, or gorging on them, is going to be unhealthy.
Honestly don't care I would take 3 slices of it looks yummy 😋
DAng should of saved me some !!!

Enough that if you're worried enough to be counting you should just step away.
Probably around 27 grams per slice.
If I knew I would probably not eat one.
Too many
A lot
