When you order chicken wings, Do you prefer all flats, all drums, or mixed?

Unless you're a vegetarian, Everyone has probably tried at least one chicken wing in their life. Others enjoy eating them a lot on a regular basis.

When you munch down on your wings, Which is your favorite type of chicken wing to dine on, flats or drums?

Mixed, but a little heavier on the drumsticks. I prefer my meat closer to dry than juicy, and I find drumsticks get that consistency and a little more of a crisp to them that the flats don’t. I also feel like there’s less skin on the drumsticks, I’m not a big fan of chicken skin.

With bone i prefer flats, but if i have the choice ill always go for boneless.

Id rather pay a little more for twice or more meat than pay for bones i can't eat.

Flats. The meat on that part of the wing is extremely succulent when not overcooked. It is some of the best tasting meat on the entire bird.

Exactly! It is the best tasting, and it feels like there are more meat in flats than in drums

Some times there are more fatty parts on the flats tho, but you came to eat meat whether fatty or normal wing meat tho, right? 😂

Yes. Buy organic whenever possible. If you can find pasture raised it is even better but it isn't cheap and you usually can only find it as whole chickens and not individual parts.

I used to think drums were the best, but I really like flappers more now, for some reason. SO I'll stick with both.
