I’m not really a fan of sweet things, but I do occasionally make brownies for friends and family.
I’m led to believe that should be moist and slightly fudgy.
Mine certainly are. I prefer to refrigerate them for an hour or so before getting out to serve. Any sooner, they’re too squidgy and wet.

Ahhh yes, the chewy brownies. Perfect mix between fudgy and cakey.

As far as fudge I prefer peanut butter fudge, and as far as chocolate I actually prefer vanilla.
