I have three meals a day and the occasional snack. Breakfast and lunch are small, dinner is a decent size. Overall, I'd say it's around a 5/10 on average.
Food and water is a 10 in importance for everyone to survive. I'm sure that is not your point but your question is so vague that the point is not apparent.

I'd die if I don't consume food. Plus, food is amazing. So 10/10.
Whats the longest you have been without a meal
Without a proper meal? About 24 hours. Without eating absolutely anything? About 18 hours.
I think I went 3 days due to my mood and almost died lol
No water no food
Vomiting after sipping a little sip of water
No water for so much time fucks you more compared to no food.
Yes it does. People talking about fasting but I always see them drinking water. It's not even comparable
Fasting only lasts for several hours. Days, it's too much.
Food is basically one of the foundations for life. What am I suppose to eat? My thoughts?
20-/10
I really don't need big meals but I always enjoy eating delicious foods.
Yes but I don't need to eat much. I like to eat but I don't need much to keep me going. I'm like a light sleeper equiv. 😃
Considering that I would die in a few days without it I give it a ten. It is right up there with water and oxygen.
It's way up there, #3 behind air (#1) and water (#2).
10/10. Three main meals all equally important. And between with some fruits or veggies
A 10 all the way if itโs PIZZA & as for other foods maybe a 7ish.
Important that it be good. To me food is meant to be enjoyed. 10/10
There is actually two ways to look at this question
Important as in a need
Or
Important as in a want
Good food rates higher than on your scale than bad food.
I can eat small meals and still manage to feel good
Good

I prefer two or three bigger meals per day. I'm not sure my body agrees...
Big meals do not equate to "food importance" to me. There's an element of quality and satiation and enjoyment, too.
Considering I want to make my own food and bake I honestly think food is super important to me but I don't want to constantly eat non stop.

It's important, but I'm not going to gorge myself on it.
I'm honestly at a point in my life that eating just feels like another chore I have to do.
I know that it is important, but I still am figuring out what foods work for me because of experimenting with them.
