Before I give my opinion, let me start by saying, there are two kinds of people in this world. There are those that live to eat and there are those that eat to live. The former being people who are foodies and love to explore cuisine. While the latter are people who are on special diets that require them to eat meals they do not enjoy.
I have a friend who has a rare disease where he can't eat sodium or sugar. His food is very bland and he doesn't enjoy any of it. He doesn't live to eat, he eats to live.
I'm the type of person that lives to eat. To me, food is very important. In fact, the kitchen and the dinner table is the intersection in my home where my family connects the most and food is big part of the gathering. In my home, everyone is at the table for dinner. That's the time we share in community. It's the time we check in with each other and ask how our day was. Whether it is a home cooked meal or take out, food is central to my family. Oh, and we all eat big meals. My motto, better to have more than not enough.00 Reply

This was my “quesopita” the other day. A mix of Mediterranean… basically a chicken shawarma pita… and a quesadilla.

I am known for getting hangry. My whole world starts to crumble when I don't have food around the house. If I want to have a good day, I must be well fed. It comforts and excites me when I know there's good food around. I do little happy dances when I enjoy food a lot.12 Reply- +1 y
Something my dad used to always say is that, He doesn't eat to live, he lives to eat

People assume I don't like food though because I like eating small amounts of food at a time and because my weight fluctuates between 101lbs - 105lbs
Wow so many people chose 10/10.
I chose 7. I go in phases of basic, and boredom, and cravings, and enjoyment. I don't use it to destress or self-soothe. But I'm pretty particular about quality.
I cook a lot. I'm always wishing for something new at the grocery store.19 Reply- +1 y

vital > Vitality > Vitalogy > Pearl Jam > Eddie Vedder... then this song, where did this song come from? I don't know... but it's a nice one, and it's also one that he doesn't sing... just a story to tell
She said to me, over the phone
She wanted to see other people
I thought, "well, then
Look around, they're everywhere"
Said that she was confused
I thought, "darlin', join the club"
24 years old, mid-life crisis
Nowadays hits you when you're young
I hung up, she called back, I hung up again
The process had already started
Least it happened quick
I swear I died inside that night
A friend, he'd called, I didn't mention a thing
The last thing he said was "be sound", sound
I contemplated an awful thing, I hate to admit
I just thought those would be such appropriate last words
But, I'm still here, and small
So small, how could this trouble seam so big
So big
Well the palms in the breeze still blow green
And the waves in the sea still absolute blue
But the horror
Every single thing I see is a reminder of her
Never thought I'd curse the day I met her
And since she's gone, and wouldn't hear
Who would care?
What good would that do?
But I'm still here
So I imagine in a month or 12
I'll be somewhere having a drink
Laughing at a stupid joke
Or just another stupid thing
And I can see myself stopping short
Drifting out of the present
Sucked by the under tow and pulled out deep
And there I am standing
Wet grass and white head stones, all in rows
And in the distance there's one off on it's own
So I stop, kneel
My new home
And I picture a sober awakening
A re-entry into this little bar scene
Sip my drink till the ice hits my lip
Order another round
And that's it for now
Sorry, never been too good at happy endings

Depends on the food supply. If the food supply runs out it's a lot more important than if there's piles of food everywhere.
Anyhow, I like to have nicely prepared food, properly presented most of the time. I take my time eating. Think it's part of how I stay fit.00 Reply410 opinions shared on Food & Beverage topic. 10 /100 % better start buying extra putting it away
