We tried the spicy cheese one and it was delicious for me it wasn’t that spicy but my boyfriend was dying 😂

Those cheap packs of ramen noodles are a health hazard all by themselves. They're loaded with sodium, but worse is to ensure long shelf life, instant noodles are loaded with chemical preservatives such as tert-Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ). They also contain propylene glycol, which is the stuff your windshield wiper fluid is made from, and other carcinogens. It should be on your "don't eat EVER" menu.

But take heart! If you truly love ramen noodles, you can get fresh, non-preserved ones at most local Asian markets. Yes, you'll pay more than 50 cents for them, but isn't your body and health worth that? Pleeeeeeze... don't eat those packet ramen noodles.
