mole is a very rich and tasty kind of sauce, made from several Mesoamerican + European ingredients... depending on the type of mole sauce, it could go from six to twelve, and even 30 different ingredients...

and, although it has that many ingredients it won't taste like any of them... it does taste like delicious mole sauce

Just change the spaghetti noodles to Penne. It is 10 times better! Its less messy and you get full more quickly

Penne is easier. They swell up and you just try one to know when its soft. We dont mix sauce in our spaghetti cause the noodles suck up thhe sauce. Cook the spaghetti separate from the meat/sauce
