Have you have had a general allergy test? And did the results recommend you stay away from certain foods?

I recently did and basically I can't have any of the things I really like eg beer bread dairy products except eggs tomatoes and beef.

I've not had one, although it would be interesting to see if there is anything. I don't generally experience any issues surrounding food, but I do have a fairly extreme pollen allergy.
