Did someone say Tacos? Yummy, yummy yummy, I love tacos! I cheated the other night, I had tacos in a bag.
Tacos in a bag are simple & delicious & cleanup is easy. Make all your taco stuff, meat, cheese, tomatoes & more except the shells. Buy little bags of Doritos or Fritos & open the bags & break up the stuff inside & after you do that throw all your taco stuff in the bag, mix it up, grab a fork & eat it right out of the bag.
I say go for it & you’ll love it & rule number one don’t cheat by using a bowl, eat that shit right out of the bag.
Hahaha!
TANKS 4 Da MOO HAS!
Yes and Burritos and Enchiladas but my favorite are Chile Relleno and Pupusas. Surprisingly not really a fan of Tamales really.
you're missing out lol
"A tamale is a traditional Mesoamerican dish, made of masa, a dough made from nixtamalized corn, which is steamed in a corn husk or banana leaf. The wrapping can either be discarded prior to eating or used as a plate. Tamales can be filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, herbs, chilies, or any preparation according to taste, and both the filling and the cooking liquid may be seasoned."
"A pupusa is a thick griddle cake or flatbread from El Salvador and Honduras, made with cornmeal or rice flour, similar to the Venezuelan and Colombian arepa. In El Salvador, it has been declared the national dish and has a specific day to celebrate it. It is usually stuffed with one or more ingredients, which may include cheese (such as quesillo or cheese with loroco buds), chicharrón, squash, or refried beans. It is typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy fermented cabbage slaw) and tomato salsa, and is traditionally eaten by hand."
"The chile relleno literally "stuffed chile" is a dish in Mexican cuisine that originated in the city of Puebla. In 1858 it was described as a "green chile pepper stuffed with minced meat and coated with eggs".
The most common pepper used is Puebla's poblano pepper, though New Mexico chile, pasilla, or even jalapeño peppers are popular as well. It is typically stuffed with melted cheese, such as queso Chihuahua or queso Oaxaca or with picadillo meat made of diced pork, raisins and nuts, seasoned with canella; covered in an egg white batter, simply corn masa flour and fried, or without any batter at all. Although it is often served in a tomato sauce, the sauces can vary."
