That depends on the kind of meat.
I like dill and lemon on my fish.
Rosemary goes well with most mammal meat.
Also: all sorts of light or brown (self made) sauces.
Anything coming out of a squeeze-bottle is a big no to me :)

Depends. I like mustard-ketchup mix to steaks, remoulade to fish, BBQ sauce to pork and sweet sour sauce to birds.
The only time I put condiments on meat is for a burger. Depends on my mood
Barbecue sauce. Sometimes hot sauce.
None, just salt and pepper.
