Well, it'll make the coffee seem MUCH more palatable, by comparison. Apple cider vinegar is GREAT at capturing fruit flies (put it in a jar, and build a funnel of paper which to tape to the top, so a wide cone tapers to a narrow hole at the bottom, above the vinegar; the flies go in, get stuck, and die), but the reputation it has among the health nuts is nothing short of that of a patent medicine.

I'm not saying that it DOESN'T have health benefits; it probably has SOME, even if I don't know them, but to hear its devotees talk, you'd think it was reviving the dead.
