Is Grapefruit Juice old people juice?

I buy freshly squeezed grapefruit juice all the time. Then decided to buy orange juice and found it way too sweet. Am I going to be drinking prune juice at this rate?

If I remember correctly grapefruit takes more calories to digest it than the calories you get from it.

@888theGreat true in relation to medications but for healthy individuals that don't require regular meds grapefruit juice increases your metabolism and helps burn fat on top of the vitamins it provides
