What's your favourite food?

That is a tough one. So many to choose from but I’d have to say my favourite is tikka masala. I have an old family recipe that has been passed down that is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I make it a couple times a month, if not more.

My second favourite (and this is a cuisine more than individual dish) is Italian. I absolutely love Italian food. I’m not talking about just the pasta dishes but the real Italian dishes with seafood. They are some of the best.

Not the easiest to find the ingredients for some of them where I live but a lot are doable. I like fish and seafood in general so paired with classic Italian ingredients, hard to beat.

Last would be some good Thai food. Not great at making it but appreciate those that do it well. We’ve got some great restaurants where I live that I frequent for their excellent Thai.
