Do you like smoothies? What's your favorite flavor?

Well I've got a favourite recipe and all the foods are frozen.

1 avocado, a small handful of strawberries, a small chunk of papaya, 2 bananas, a handful of spinach at the top, and pour milk over it to the top (or replace some milk with water).

It makes the most delicious green smoothie and my family loves it.

I remember when I was younger that my mom made a pink smoothie made of mostly strawberries and bananas but she said she doesn't remember. I remember really loving it.

I make a protein shave most mornings. I put in fruit like an apple of strawberries, blueberries or cherries. I mix in some kale too. Then I mix in orange juice

Fresh picked strawberries from my garden, milk and homemade yogurt to thicken it zipped up in my Vitamix is my favorite.
