Do you use utensils to eat pizza? Why or why not?

Only if I can't hold the slice in my hand without toppings or sauce falling all over the place, like when eating a piece of deep dish pizza. That is the only time eating pizza with utensils is acceptable.
Yes, but ONLY for Deep Dish Pizza or Pan Pizza. I use the spatula things to lift up the slices. My favorite was Philly Cheesesteak.

Depends on the pizza. Some have so many toppings that you can hardly pick it up without everything falling off. Those are the ones that require a knife and fork. 🍕🍕🍕
Thank you Chaz for MHO. 👍
I don’t eat pizza at all cause I’m lactose intolerant
Not-cheese has come a long way. You could enjoy some pizza.
Muenster cheese is almost identical to pizza cheese and usually has 0-1.1% lactose.

As I live by myself, I tend buy a pizza either thin/stuffed crust or deep pan that’s not to big and my fit on a normal sized plate. But generally I’ll use a knife and fork to eat it. This just my own preference on how I like to eat it.
Well technically speaking a knife or pizza cutter to cut slices is a utensil so yes.
Technically, yes. However, serving utensils are different from eating utensils. People seem to be confused about that.
Depends on the pizza. Like not the type, just where it came from, what's on it, temperature, grease, etc. But, yeah, a lot of times I do use utensils and take a ton of crap from my wife and kids for it.
Yes!! Partly because, no matter how small of a piece you BITE off, you almost ALWAYS get the rest of the toppings with it!! And, partly because, I mostly eat Vincent's pizza which is just WAY too big to eat by hand!!
I use a fork and knife to eat pizza if the person who made it was bad at making pizza.
Can’t pick up a slice of pizza if the dough was allowed to get soggy in the oven. 🤷♂️
No. I'm pretty sure it's a sacrilege. It might even be illegal in some places.
Pizza pies are cut into handy wedges so that you can pick them up with your hands.
Pizza is finger food. You pick it up and eat it. Rarely do I use a knife and fork, only if the pizza is very greasy or has a very thin and fragile crust.
Knife and fork. Even if my hands are perfectly clean. Yeah, I'm a weirdo.
No, just my hands, because it's the way I've always done it.
Scissors to cut or cutlery to eat if in formal setting
Only when I make my own homemade pizza. I pile on the toppings.
Naw it just doesn't feel right to not use my hands
HANDS. I feel like I must, I feel like it tastes better that way.
Sink and soap!
Depends on the pizza. If it's a very thin and weak crust I do.
technically you're suppose to even in italy they do but i don't and most americans don't
Just to cut slices unless the restaurant does it.
That's a crime
Nahh.. always with hands all the way
If it’s hot. Yes.
Depends if I'm at a restaurant or at home.
Just ones I came with.
Plus a napkin.
If I order a calzone sure ditto a fiorentina
Sometimes.
How do you decide when you do and when you don’t?
I just fold it and eat it with my hands
Nope with my hands
Just a plate to hold my piece.
Yes how would you otherwise cut it.
I use my hands
Um no
Sometimes.
