Mostly vegeterian. Fresh food that doesn't make you feel a little sick, like meat can. Natural food that makes you feel good.
Fish and chicken. Red meat, sometimes it's good, but more light meat like fish and chicken fits you better. Vegeterian is boring. Food should also cost money if you want good resultes.
