I live here in South Korea as an American (trying not to think of the Itaewon Halloween disaster right now).

South Korea is okay overall, but the food is one of the negatives I have about it. I think most Korean food is some of the yuckiest food in the world. I never eat it! Besides donkas (pork chops) or bulgogi (steak), I'm not into it at all. Most Korean food is also extremely spicy and/or vegetarian, so that's another reason why I dislike it so much; I don't eat either one of those types of food.

Would you eat South Korean food or not?

No, I would not want to try any Korean food (too spicy, too vegetarian, too exotic, etc.)
Yes, I'd try Bibimbap; vegetables and rice with spicy sauce, or Gimbap/Kimbap; "Korean sushi" using rice and seaweed wraps.
Yes, I'd try Donkas or Cheese Donkas, fried pork chops, or Bossam, steamed pork.
Yes, I'd try Jajangmyeon, Korean black-bean noodles, or Japchae, Korean glass noodles.
Yes, I'd try Tteokbokki (tok-bo-ki), Korean spicy rice cakes.
Yes, I'd try Juk, Korean rice porridge (with meat; Dak Juk, optional).
Yes, I'd try Kimchi, a Korean spicy fermented cabbage or radish side dish.
