I'd say Korean.

I like Japanese food. Tempura and different kinds of sushi are good, but noodles in broth don't thrill me all that much. There was a small sushi restaurant near me that had wonderful lobster thermador.

But I love Korean food. Some Korean dishes like daeji bulgogi (thinly sliced, spicy, marinated, grilled pork) and spicy seafood soup are spicy and exploding with flavor. Those are freaking orgasmic. And they serve you a feast with all the interesting banchon side dishes. I'll admit that I'm not super crazy about kimchi, but that's not what I feast upon at a Korean restaurant.
Not all Korean restaurants are as good as others. But there was one near where I lived that was beyond amazing. I used to go there a lot. It was one of my favorite restaurants of all time.
