I usually buy Reduced-fat Lactose-free white milk and just add scoops of chocolate & malt into my cup of glass.

Otherwise, I'd pour that Reduced-fat Lactose-free white milk into by bowl of cereal.

I prefer cold 3,5% fat milk without anything. For fruit-milk mixes I prefer buttermilk instead of plain milk.
