I made some changes to my eating habits a few weeks ago.


My diet was absolutely bullshit. Full of highly processed foods and junk. After forcing myself to eat healthier it’s been easier to avoid junk.




From time to time I do crave some chips or candy but it’s not this daily itch that I used to have. Now, as a substitute I eat granola, yogurt and with some fruit as a “snack”
