One mug, ceramic filter holder, boil the kettle, pour half a mug through the empty filter to wet it and warm the cup, put the freshly ground coffee in the filter, empty the mug and add below-boiling water three or four times to fill the mug.
Then I give it to my wife. I never drink the stuff, it's disgusting!
Make? I like to buy it in Europe:) I have to drive an hour to find decent place around here.

Honestly there is no favorite way, the only thing that is constant regarding how I drink my coffee is that I prefer it iced.
There are days when I don't put sugar at all and there are other days when I put sugar, caramel syrup and whipped cream or vegan cream. It depends on my mood.

I throw a token in the big WMF cappuccino maker at work. The machine does the rest. "Easy-peasy-Japanesy."
Cream and sugar. French press or drip coffee if I have time, and if I’m in a rush I have a Keurig machine.
nothing, I don't drink coffee, I can't stand the way it tastes.
I put two teaspoons of sugar and some half and half in my coffee that I get from Jamaica and use in a percolator
