Seriously why Italian think pineapple on pizza is disgusting?

I think in part because it has an ingredient that is decidedly different from those normally used in Italy. Also, it is a sweet ingredient. Italians find sweet-salty combinations particularly disgusting compared to many other countries, always with some exceptions. For example, salted caramel, which in some countries is quite common, is unobtainable in Italy.
The Italian sees pizza as his home-made one, which would be ruined by the contrast between pineapple and tomato. In Italy, there are pizzas with fruit but without tomatoes, such as apple or pear pizza with gorgonzola cheese or fig and speck pizza.

Pineapple pizza is the pizza symbol of "rape" and the theft of Italian cuisine from abroad.

Because pineapples don't grow in Italy. All pizzas in Italy use ingredients produced in Italy.

being half Italian its sacrilegious lol, fresh simple ingredients, pineapple doesn't originate in Italy. it was actually invented in the early 60s in Ontario Canda by an immigrant Greek restaurant owner

Because it's not something they like on pizza. It might not look gross but it isn't something that they think goes well on pizza. Just how some people don't like anchovies. They don't look gross or taste gross to me but people have their minds made up lol
