Pizza. The topping would be different each day of the month. The beverage would be different every day of the week; lemonade, fruit punch, Dr. Pepper, sugar-free Sprite, root beer, mandarin juice, or tropical punch.
I'm actually kinda already doing this, this week. I only eat one $3 piece of boneless chicken for lunch everyday. It's all I need to survive on, for now.
I'd go for salads. Loads of different veg combinations and hundreds of dressings. Mix it up a bit by having different meats with it. Plus it's healthy, so I'll live to a hundred or something.
