It’s between bagels, pancakes, and bread-

bagels soak up in the top, and despite the crispy factor, it’s smooth on the bottom.

Pancakes can just soak up everything and feel like the best kind of edible cotton there is.

Bread, I’ve had in many forms with butter.

I’m gonna go with bread. A bakery I would go to, toasted theirs and melted it in some magical way.. so it was naturally irresistible. I’ve had some Italian bread slices that resembled the kind from a restaurant served in the bowl. I could add garlic to the buttered bread- and it’d then be garlic bread. I could also eat the bread cold and untoasted.
