Here’s the Pho Bo I made tonight. I almost never need to go to a restaurant for it ever again.

You need the broth to be boiling hot so the steak actually cooks in the broth.
I find it's too much work to spend 24 hours to make the broth so I just go to a reliable restaurant. You can get away with a pressure cooker but the broth tend to be really cloudy with that. You have to freeze it then filter the brother afterwards. A lot of work for a bowl of soup.
I prefer my steak to be rare on a side plate and just warmed through when I dip each piece in the broth. The pic was taken right after I dipped a piece in.
Not sure what exactly it is, but if the ingredients are broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat, it must be great.
it is basically that, but a Vietnamese broth.
I'm not sure I have ever had Pho, but it looks delicious. Is it spicy?
Not natively. It’s traditionally served with a plate of herbs, lime, and chilis that you can add if you wish.
Oh, that sounds yummy! I'm not a fan of spicy food.
I love pho🍜🥰
