What are your favorite restaurant/ bar food appetizers?

I like loaded cheese fries/tots, Mozz Sticks, Onion Rings, and chicken wings tossed in BBQ or Carolina Gold.

I used to travel and one of the bar offered something like roast veal to me. It was a slice of veal came from a whole roasted veal on the open flame. They would warp the meat in aromatic herbs and you can eat it with the savory spicy sauce.

It was mind blowingly delicious.

They also had clay baked fish with it. Whole fish warped in clay and baked at high temperature. You use a hammer to break the clay and most of the scales will go with the clay, leaving tender, roasted fish with an earthly smell.

Recently I enjoyed fried green tomatoes & fried pickles & one day I would like to go restaurant hopping just for the appetizers.

I like pretzels with beer cheese, tortilla chips with artichoke dip, onion blossoms, zucchini fries, nachos, cheese curds, and cheese fries. I kind of like mozzarella sticks but I find the cheese to be too stringy sometimes.
