The fruit and vegetable market in New York's Chinatown is a thriving and lively place. Every evening when the sun goes down, crowds of people rushing to buy fruits will gather inside the market, and long queues will be formed in front of the fruit and vegetable stalls. Oranges that sell for 75 cents in the local supermarket can buy two for a dollar here, and a box of 20 mangoes costs only $8.
