Do you like apricots?

I don't know why I was thinking about apricots today on my ride home from work. I have not had one in over 20 years. I don't know why, maybe they are expensive. My mother used to buy them and I could eat the whole box in one sitting. Maybe I will get some this weekend.

My mom used to buy them for me too. I always couldn't wait for Christmas because we would buy a big dried fruit plate. I used to pick out all of the apricots and dates. They are good for you, so I think you should induldge even if they are a bit expensive.🙂

Delicious! Dried apricots are a great snack and a good source of potassium. There great for hiking or long trips. I also use apricots as ingredients. Yummy!

I like apricots, but I don't like apricot juice because it's not like other juices, it's not runny, it's like solid, more like puree.

I like both fresh and dried. They're also great in some baked goods. I have to say that I haven't had any in a while, though.

Dried apricots are yummie but there's nothing like apricot preserves spread on a slice of buttered homemade bread toasted.

Only buy them fresh every once in awhile if they're on sale. Never tried the dried ones tho
