They both sound good but I think I’d prefer A. Never had casserole for breakfast but I have had sausage and cheesy eggs and they were good. But A just sounds so delish.

Top one. Seems at least healthier, although both are junk food. Blueberry compote is a fruity drink and it seems vegetarian, unlike the bottom one, which ain’t even kosher.

Wrong. The bottom one is healthier. Top one is just pure carbs. Bottom choice is loaded with protein.

USDA’s dietary suggestions tell us that we need more energy from carbohydrates than proteins (which can be toxic) and fat put together. A 2500 kilocalorie diet has less than 80g of fat (<720kcal) and 375g of carbohydrates (1500kcal). That gives us 280kcal of protein, or 70g. Ever heard of 80-10-10? Eighty must be from carbohydrates and ten each from fats and proteins. The top one, no matter how unhealthy, still has fats and proteins. Sausage, eggs, and cheese all are loaded with fats as well, and ask me not how much of it is saturated.
