What is your favorite type of cuisine to try when eating out?

Thai food is really good but it is difficult to find a Thai speaking restaurant. I am picky about this quality in all restaurants. I will eat anything that is authentic no matter where the food is from. Thai and Indonesian.

I try to try as many African dishes I see on the menu, because they're not common in my area.

I'm very curious about cuisines from other countries. Once I went to a Japanese restaurant and I liked it. I would like to try Greek, Lebanese, Thai and Afghan food.
