Do you like Potluck/ covered dish dinners?

My church had one Sunday. Reminds me of the family reunions and homecomings we had when I was growing up as a little boy. It's a very Southern/Midwestern US thing

We have potlucks at my work a few times a year and yup, that's what the counter/tables look like. 🙂 People are usually is a cheerful mood on these days.

I grew up at church that had potlucks dinners at least once a month. Always thought they were the best. I got to see what other people had and their favorite dishes.

I don't go to church any more cause I'm doing my bible study on line. I do miss the Christmas dinners

Yeah. Once in a while at my church we'll have a women's brunch or women's dinner. I've tried some great foods because of it. Especially peanut butter pie.

Absolutely not. You can’t eat everyone’s cooking cause some people are nasty. Now if it’s close family or friends I don’t mind.
