Chicken is my bottom bitch. A boneless skinless chicken thigh makes one hell of a cheeseburger for me. Now that I have a meat grinder I'm going to be trying some new things. There is always less fat. I already use it for everything.

Hell yeah it does. Hamburger Helper actually goes a lot harder with ground chicken breasts. I just add a little olive oil for the missing fat content and... oh yeah... uh huh... just like that. My spaghetti has changed... it's changed the game. It's working more wonders than my food processor.

The downside to it is having to learn to become a butcher on a really tiny scale. It's not the same as chopping up a deer and probably why ground chicken is hard to find in the grocery stores. But I would suggest learning it because a chopped-up Turkey goes hard as well... cooks way better in pieces than just being whole. Thanksgiving will never be the same.

Hell yeah to that too... some mayo, relish, some of that fancy-ass mustard (not that yellow shit), and oh damn... some smoked black pepper and some sea salt, and it is on. Just like I make my egg salad sandwiches (minus the relish). That's a plus about choosing chicken that I didn't think of... fucking eggs!. It counts as chicken too! Chicken for the win!

If I go off-grid to live alone in the woods... chickens will be my main farm animal... I might upgrade by adding goats for milk and variety in meat, but no matter what... chickens are where it's at.

Yes, but beef has a more raw taste in my opinion, and chicken has no fucking red ass juices leaking out of it ewww, and when you eat really high quality beef its like eating melted butter with stringy but soft and gamey jelly. You can't add much flavor to beef , since its own taste is so strong.

Well, unlike America and Europe where non veg has more dishes, in India there is a vast variety of veg dishes. So many that if I try out a two new dishes everyday then I won't be able to finish tasting all the dishes even if I die after 80 years. It's boring but not in India.
