I love both, but for me, pancakes just barely edges out waffles for the win.

Fun fact: I like to pronounce waffles in a funny way, either over pronouncing the "a" like "wafe-les", or I call them "waft-les" because of the heavenly waft of waffle smell that hits you in the face when you make them from scratch. 😂
