Breakfast is the only meal where nobody F's with me because I get up so early, but I hate breakfast and every day is the same meal, 2c dry oatmeal 1c triple zero yogurt and 12oz-ish of whatever fresh fruit is in season. Tweak the ratio depending on what I'm doing that day, but whatever. Either an americano or a french press on the side.

Brunch food is at least more fun, and it's so rare that I do it it's a real treat when I do.

Breakfast to me is not importart most days, but when we do buy something nice to eat for breakfast, man is just the best meal of the day

Lunch - because I have really nice lunchs at work, it’s a little joy of my working days the moment I find out what we have for a lunch that day.

Our lunch is always very healthy and balanced.

Back in my country, my favorite time was dinner time, I rented apartment 3 km away from my parents and they often drove to bring me mom’s cooked dinner and enjoy together.

Dinner for me, I can cook up a good storm, turkey dinner, roast beef, pork roast, steam vegetables and other things, and red wine to go with it!! To me it doesn't need to be for a special occasion, to me it's food and lets dig in... haaa haaa 😁🙂 the joy of cooking! Cheers

Dinner! It's after work or on the weekend and have the time to prepare awesome! You can have a steak at breakfast or midday I guess.. Or you fire up the grill and make a badass steak that'll almost melt in your mouth and touch your happy place with an excellent char :)
