Where’s the bacon? Then, I’m all bacon. And I bake my bacon. No more splatter. 350 for about 15 minutes. If it’s thick cut, turn the oven off after 15 and let it sit in the heat. Use a cookie sheet with raised edges. If the back of your wrack is a little elevated then prop the back of the cookie sheet on it so it sits at an angle and the bacon doesn’t soak in a puddle of grease
