Yeah. My mom makes a veggie chili recipe that I love! Tri-blend beans, mushrooms, and shredded cheese for the proteins. And then we have cornbread with it. I'll eat what's leftover for days and same can be said for potato soup.

It sure does! I'll probably make my first batch of the season (now that it's no longer warm outside) sometime this coming week. I typically make it about once a month during the colder months. It's definitely a comfort food.
