Embarrassing but...
- beans
- pillsbury biscuits?
- ramen with high funkin gluten
- omelettes
- pizza
If i pig out on these things or just eat a liiiittle bit more than my stomach is used to... stay away from me. For your own sake. Also lactose intolerant (as i've said) so that is also a dangerous thing to consume.

Onions make me really gassy. For Thanksgiving and Christmas my wife makes creamed pearl Onions. I always get yelled at for having any.

  Pearl onions just get boiled then go in a cream sauce that my wife makes from scratch. Some stores sell frozen creamed onions.

Starchy stuff like pasta tends to hit me pretty hard. I agree with you about beans not being gassy. You can make beans without farting up a storm the next day, if you know how to make them.
