I'm not sure I've tried Limburger. I love gorgonzola, blue cheese, also some milder cheeses. Actually, I don't think there is a cheese I don't like. Asiago is my favourite.

Limburger is a true test. It’s the smelliest that I know. But it’s got a smooth texture like Brie, and a delightful taste.

People clear the room when I unwrap that one though.
