@Abbycado I buy that pre-grated Parmesan cheese but I prefer a good wedge that I grate myself when possible. I love Parmesan cheese but my favorite in blu-cheese. I like the funk…. lol

It’s actually not and when you do cheese tasting, they will give honey with because honey compliments all cheese. Blue cheese, any aged cheese and goats cheese with honey is out of this world. I’d know this because I’ve also do an insane amount of cheese tasting to know what’s what lol.

Pretty much all cheese, except for goat cheese. Roquefort, gouda, blue, extra sharp cheddar, feta and parmesan are my favorites. Oh and queso cotija.

White cheddar or munster I general. But I cook, so different cheese taste better in different dishes I wouldn't put mozzarella in my French onion soup or cream cheese in my pizza.

I hate cheese. Many foods are destroyed by people adding too much cheese. Pizza being the obvious example.
